Our Serenity Spray is just what the name suggests...a nurturing blend of Lavender, Rose, Geranium and Ylang Ylang, grounded by Frankincense, Cedarwood and Patchouli pure Essential Oils, created to bring a feeling of peace calm balance nurture and grounding, with just with a few quick sprays, either in your surrounds (home/office/car) or gently misting yourself (avoiding eyes and mouth) at the start or end of the day or when needed. (Few quick sprays just before you pick up the kids or they arrive home...perfect!) Great to use as a gentle mist at night, on your pillow or bedlinen, before bed to help with sleep.
Important to shake the bottle before each use to make sure all the Essential Oils are thoroughly dispersed. Store in a cool place. External use only.
